November

Some updates since Halloween. November has treated me quite well. It is hard to watch the winter roll in but I am getting more excited for Christmas and Wade has begun his "only listen to Christmas music" swing so I am getting all pumped up.

This month I finally got around to making my homemade Oreos for some friends at work. Apparently they are pretty popular, they've been requesting them for quite sometime. Well Wade had never had my cookies before but heard much about them, so I had him help me out with frosting and bagging them. Here are some fun shots of him with the cookies.

Here he is making the frosting, it a lovely multicolored zebra print apron.

All done and nicely frosted.

This is a personal favorite.

Now we were taking so many pictures of him with the cookies because we were going to place his face on some of the cookies we were giving out. They were more or less "Wade approved" cookies.

Now just yesterday Wade helped me fight a fear and have a little fun while doing it. He took me shooting out in the Foothills. Now for those who don't know or may have forgotten the last time I went shooting I ended up in the ER with 15 internal stitches and 11 external stitches. No one, nor I, have been brave enough to taking me shooting since.

Me August 2007, my last shooting experience.
But yesterday was a lot of fun. We took up some pumpkings with some lovely sharpie faces, as well as four bottles of water filled laundry detergent.

Here are two of our lovely pumpkins. Mine is on the left and Wade's is on the right.

Here is what we were shooting at close range.

This is me shooting for the first time in a year. I am shooting a pistol.

Here is Wade shooting his rifle. I think he said it was an AR15. But I'm not sure.

Looking very nice.

Wade is setting up our long distance targets.

Look how good I did!

Resting after a long day :)

I may post some videos later...

The End of October... Beginning of November

Well yesterday was the close of October! It's hard to believe that its over. So yesterday I worked my 12 hour shift as I typically work. It was nice because it was only 8am to 8pm. And to break up the day I got a cute delivery, it made the day much better.

Once the work day was done I hit up the Regional Single Adult Halloween Party. I choose to wear my Detroit attire. It was a lot of fun. Lots of dancing and spending time with friends.

Here is Marci Call as a Lady Bug, and I in my attire.

And here we are dancing the night away. I loved it. (thanks for the photo's Sara Olsen).

Well today was a fun day. First off I slept in after a full night of partying! Which was great. Around noon I chose to make something of my day... So I went out with Logan and spent our Melaleuca money. Then we picked up Shelby and went to lunch. We ended up spending, I want to say three hours ha ha, at Jimmy Johns, just talking and catching up. It was a good day.

A bonding moment between the two of us! He loves it can't ya tell?

He tried to hide from this photo but I caught him.

Shelby posing. Also, please note, I have just learned that her eyes look just like Rihanna's.

The End.
